Our services
Everything you need to import with confidence.
We are a consultation firm, not a dealer. We do not sell from stock; we guide and coordinate your own import from Japan, step by step.
Vehicle selection & quotations
We start from the make, model, grade, year, mileage and budget you want, check yellow book and average auction prices, and give you a high-level quotation, followed by a detailed quotation once you are ready.
Auction & JAAI document checks
We make sure your vehicle comes with its export certificate and JAAI certificates (pre-shipment inspection, vehicle condition and odometer), all of which you need for registration.
LC, payment & shipping coordination
We guide you through placing the letter of credit (LC) with your bank, insurance, and tracking the shipped and landing dates, and we make sure the vehicle document set is requested before the vehicle lands.
Temporary VAT & customs clearance
We walk you through temporary VAT (using the invoice, bill of lading, LC and your TIN), the clearing agent, the tax assessment and payment, and clearing and port charges, until the vehicle is collected from Hambantota.
RMV registration support
We help you put together your RMV registration documents and arrange insurance, the green test and the revenue licence, through to receiving the vehicle book.

What you pay for
The vehicle's invoice value and the exporter fee, bank (LC) commission, insurance, temporary VAT and import tax, clearing and port charges, RMV registration costs, and our consultation fee. Your quotation sets each of these out.
How payment works
After you approve your detailed quotation, you pay an advance and sign an agreement letter. The other costs are paid at the stage they fall due: purchase, LC settlement, clearing and registration.
Who it is for
Individuals who know the car they want (or want help choosing one) and prefer to import it directly from Japan, with experienced people guiding them rather than buying off a showroom floor. You will need a TIN certificate, with all tax returns filed, before we buy the vehicle.
